Like I said, it definitely makes him available to be attacked, but without him attacking you before he loots his corpse (which means fully loots or stop looting, because you cant attack someone and loot your corpse at the same time) I still can't see how it takes away his right to LnS for an hour.

Disgusting, after reviewing my own FRAP's footage of the fight, not only does Worship hang out in KC without calling LnS, after dying the 2nd time instead of calling it in /ooc from his bind he waits not only to zone into KC while I am fighting his guildmates, but also for us to attack him again before actually calling LnS.

The GM's put in place a decent system for players to avoid getting griefed in but instead of using it for it's intended purpose you just try and use it to get people suspended over loopholes and tampered petitions? Shame on you.

The spirit of the rule is to have some respect for other people's time by not being able to block them from a CR. If this individual is genuinely trying to collect his corpse and not fight then OP is violating the rule after the first naked kill when both parties were aware of his intended LNS.

SS's show a very different story. LNS was called in shout like rules say, You don't HAVE to log out for an hour. You have the option to log out and come back in 1 hour and call LNS...you can call LNS and leave zone for 1 hour. Shall i post SS's of those rules or are you just trying to cause issues. If they dont call LNS, they are still open to attack. If they want to die over and over while trying to get their corpse without calling LNS, in my opinion, so be it.

Furthermore, lets say player 1 dies somewhere in a zone trying to pvp player 2 and player 2 goes back to what they were doing. Player 1 comes and loots his corpse because he isnt being corpse camped without calling LNS . 30 mins later player 1 tries and to kill player 2 but dies again. By your definition player 1 cant call LNS for another 30 mins because according to you by not calling LNS the first time when they didn't need to,they actually choosing choose to fight when they didnt call LNS 30 mins ago so 30 mins ago they lost LNS rights for an hour.
