I used to be able to use Cinda's Charismatic Carillon to increase my faction enough with Smith Tv`ysa so that I could hand in lightstones (Evil Research quest).
It's been a few months and this no longer seems to work. With or without a wind instrument... I am not seeing my faction change at all from Apprehensively. It was moving up to dubiously.
I was wondering if this was an intentional change or a bug?
