I recently acquired the hilt (woohoo!) and want to get my SoulFire. I've heard Lucan is extremely camped, unfortunately. Does anyone have a time on his respawn by chance? Would like to know when abouts I can maybe get at him. Or if anyone is generous enough to help me out, that'd also be great.

Took awhile as there seems to be a lock down on Xicotl but fortunately caught him when no one was around and my CY group took him out. Cheers to them

Most people who see a real paladin attempting to get soulfire will let you go for Lucan - many will likely help you kill him.
