Bone Armor quest in Neriak

I was reading there is a bone armor quest for SK's out of Neriak. It says you can trigger the quest at level 5. I tried at 5, 6 and 7 and am getting no response. Is this quest available on 1999? Thank you!

Not sure which quest exactly you are referring to, but none of the newer class armor quests are available on P99. If you wan to see if a quest exists on P99 check http://wiki.project1999.com (think of it as the Allakhazam of P99).

Based on a couple searches, I think the quests you're referring to are from Luclin, so they won't exist on this server. I can't say for sure though.
