Earthquake interrupted Test of Patience quest?

I was just in the middle of doing the Test of Patience for my Shaman epic quest (the underwater part in Erud's Crossing with tons of spawns to wait on), when the earthquake happened. It was right between two of the spawns (Froham the Forgotten and Abe the Abandoned, near the end of the quest). It has now been about 35 minutes and Abe has not spawned. I am *fairly* certain the quest broke, but the irony of it being the "Test of Patience" is not lost. T_T

What do I do now? I put in a petition, is that all I can do? Will I have to spend another 2+ hours doing this again? :(

Yeah, of all the quests, that's the only one I can think of where I literally just have to sit there an extra 45m to an hour to be SURE it's broken, and I'm not just impatient. :P
