Enter Sirkdawg and Derupal to lay down the ban hammer on his account saying "You may come back but you can't lead!" The Game Masters again turned their sight to Nizzar and said "Nah nurga, yo time is up" and laid swift justice in the form of a permaban.

pretty much perfect summation. to be clear, nizzar wasn't just banned like a normal plebeian (usually when ppl get banned they say "uhg. fuck. time to level a new toon" and start over). Nizzar got the Cast Treatment: all known accounts banned, and told he is never allowed back on the server again. if they find out he's started leveling more toons/logging into other ppls toons, etc. these will also be banned.

but many believe The Duke lives on, a spectre that walks among us, like Elvis, Jesus, or the Yeti.

For some it's a joke. For others, he was a legitimate "good" leader in the sense of getting shit done. I wasn't on the server much during his time but I kept up with stuff and from a 100% unbiased view (i wasn't on the server) the people in his guild frequently loved him and others hated him.

He clearly did some shady stuff and that hurt the server. But if you were part of his guild and cared about success he lead a "successful" guild.

Pretty faulty logic based on your own clamoring for him to be allowed back on the server. You clearly thought the server was better with him before than it was after. So....if his dealings didn't hurt the server why do you want him back so badly? When a server gets shaken up as much as it did when he was banned it is bad for the server. If it wasn't bad for the server you wouldn't be "Pras the Duke" all day.
