Thanks for any input here; all of my gear was purchased on recommendation, and I'm very satisfied so far, especially my wep.

Anyway, I'm looking to upgrade my full banded, piece by piece. Willing to spend anywhere from 50 - 500 pp per piece, depending on how good the piece is for a leveling pally. Particularly looking at greaves first.

This post assumes I have plat fire rings X2.

Thanks again for any input.

You gotta be ballin' at 20 to throw down 500 per piece!!! But Greaves of Ro would be a solid buy at around 500p, or you can quest them yourself and save about 300pp. Boots of Ro are also good. Bronze is adequate, honestly. Snag some Deep water pieces if you can afford like Vambraces, a Bracer and Helm.

Haha! I ran into a guy from Asgard who gave me full banded and 100 plat for helping him with some purchases. I was like level 3 with cloth! Also made about 200 plat from CB belts. Don't get me started on scalps! And to be honest, You can make bank just killing and looting humanoids.

Anyway, thanks for the advice. I was strongly considering questing Ro, though. But it's something to think about.

Edit: also, when I was looking at bronze, all the pieces I saw were something like 1 extra AC for almost double the weight. I don't see the big hub bub about bronze. You're not the first to recommend it, by far.

There really isn't a big deal from banded to bronze. If you got the money, think Ro/Deep water I guess. Dark Mail Gauntlets are great. Adamantite Epaulets or Crested Spaulders. Hero bracer if you can wear it, or snag a bracer of erollisi.

Oh, Dusty BP if you can wear.

If you go to the wiki, and search equipment by class, you can figure out what you need to purchase and approx how much each piece is worth. As a paladin, aim towards HP/AC.

The cape looks great. I solo a lot, so I'm trying to lean kinda toward STR.

Not much else that hasn't been suggested already here ^^ I'd consider these though too:

Sebilite scale neck guard
Silvery girdle
Tagrishin bone mask
Tree weave

You can often find Sebilite Scale pieces on vendors in FV. They're one of the items that actually do get vendored often enough.

Once I'm high enough level I'll have to keep an eye out when I go to unload all my legchoppers. Thanks for the tip.
