Idea for evil pvp guild

I was thinking about trying to start an evil guild for the purpose of pvp. We would concentrate on going to good towns and destroying the towns and whatever players were there. We would do raids if people had interest but for the most part I would like to pvp. I would be the guild leader and there would be one officer of each class that could be challenged and if beaten 1v1 with no outside help the winner would be the new officer. The officers would have a vote in what happens in the guild and be able to lead attacks on the good cities and organize raids. This would keep the entire guild involved and pvping.

I'm pretty sure I've seen halflings in the curse the only non evil races that would be in the guild would be of the necromancer or shadow knight class as for the officers I didn't think of that I would switch it from four officers to one of each class and the duels would then be same class vs same class to find best in guild so as to give everyone a chance to be an officer...........editing post to reflect change thx for the input

I played sz ......... pure evil or pure good or only newt classes / races sucks hardcore
think on it each team couldnt have a couple classes the other teams got
