Can't close certain windoows

So I accidentally enabled the Window Selector today without intending to and I went to right click it and it can;t be closed! (?) I also can't close the Group window or Target window. So how do I close my Window Selector?

Alt + W should toggle the window selector.

BTW, getting back to the OP's question, I believe the key combo for closing/opening the group window is ALT + P ("p" for party?).

No clue what the target window's key combo is (never closed it myself), but if you check your key mappings in your settings you should be able to find it.
