Best duo with a druid

I am curious what is the best partner class to go with a druid? I got a friend I played eq1 and 2 with to come try 99, he started a druid and I am curious what would go well with it.

Hiya brocks! I would recommend necro. The Druid/necro duo is a powerhouse.

Ther are other options as we'll and inevitably discussion will devolve to people insisting that your friend re-roll shaman and subsequently that cleric/enchanter is the only option ^^

Those are viable options and a chanty wouldn't make a bad partner in the least, nor would a hard for that matter ^^ might also consider a Mage or even a shaman.


Good luck and hope one of those is appealing to you! If not, just roll whatever you like. A Druid is a pretty versatile partner and are able sunergize well with most other classes ^^

Any class that can fear/intimidate would be a good duo for outdoors.
Any class that can hold agro would be good duo for indoors.
