getting started

Hey I'm looking to join the PVP server, but I'm having some issues getting P99 up and running. I'm on a mac using Maverick and I've got my hands on the Red99 torrent, which is PC based. How would one go about getting this to be mac compatible? Any help would be appreciated! :)

I found a guide on these forums last year on how to use wineskin. EQ runs fine for me on a low end Mac mini when I can't use my pc.
