Like the title says, RotWF effect doesn't jump buffs the same way Celestial Tranquility does on refresh. I don't know if this is tied to it being an actual bard song and some mechanic is being carried over to monks. But I don't see why it would be exempt classically from doing proper buff stacking.

There is also some kind of stacking issue with Forlorn Deeds, not sure if this is a problem with all shaman slows too or all enchanter slows. This spell blocks you from refreshing the buff, even though the text fires (doesn't say did not take hold). There are also general oddities with dispelling forlorn deeds because it takes the slot in the buff bar JWW was at at the time it landed.

This can lead to the general bug where it will appear higher on the buff list, but any dispel will skip it most of the time. This is a common complaint for mobs like Tal where you might want to remove the dot, but until you zone/remove all your buffs you can't get rid of it.

Testing was done with open buff slots on the top and bottom of the stack. The times I was able to dispel this was when I was kiting the mob around with my fungi on or using the robe for MR gear and not clicking it for junk buffs to protect lower buffs.

Are you using Enchanter Epic Haste with it?

I know for a fact that they do not stack (thought it was intended), so I always just ask for VoG. :)

The buffs do stack, just not all the effects from each.

I didn't say anything about enchanter haste, this is about slow and JWW song.
