Need confirmation on MQ pipes for monk epic

Just want to be sure that this works. One person turns in chardok pipe, a different person turns in KC pipe, and then last I turn in robe of lost circle and receive robe of whistling fists?

Yes it works - assuming someone didn't screw up the turn in before you and Brother has a piece in his quest memory already.
