Can't launch game

So I followed all of the instructions exactly on the Project 1999 Guidebook http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2651 but I still can't get the game to start. I made sure installed the game file changes, deleted certain files, and installed WinEQ2, but when I try to play the game using the Launch Titanium.bat file (like it tells you in the guide), I get an error message saying "Windows cannot find 'eqgame'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" and a command prompt window saying "C:\Windows\system32>start eqgame patchme".

Im pretty sure that the Launch Titanium.bat file has to remain in the main EQ folder (where the eqgame.exe file is located)

Also, winEQ2 will only work to launch everquest if you change the wineq2 profile to match the folder you installed titanium to.
