Cleric epic by far the easiest MQ'd epic in game next to rogue, In fact I would say easiest as general isn't something people go and do for other reasons except the rogue pouch. Royals etc are done for other reasons like their loot, ragefire too.

Once a guild is done equipping epic clerics, you end up having people loot the ragefire heart, singed scroll, etc over and over untl no one can loot anymore. Was same for nihilum, got to the point almost everyone had a singed scroll, ragefire heart, or ixiblat scepter, atleast 1 of the 3 or 2/3 banked. The only recent change was making natasha a one time spawn, meaning one robe can't create 20 pearls for person. I haven't played at all so I don't know what the impact of RF kills looks like after the pearls were exhausted and people had to rely on either new clerics doing the epic quest for ragefire heart to kill him, or people still farming stuff to spawn natasha to get a pearl by themselves.
