Looting? Teams?

Okay maybe I'm dumb and I missed it but can you lose anything when you die in pvp? like money or items?(or both) Lastly, are there any teams like on Tallon and Vallon or is it everybody going at it? sounds like FFA. sorry if this answer is right in front of my face and I missed it somewhere.
