Everybody loves them a chanter, but they are by no means in short supply. They are vastly more common here due to superior soloability. You shouldn't have a problem finding a group as one, but can just as easily solo or duo for better xp if you can't find one for some reason. Chanter animations are also vastly superior to those on live in this time frame.

I don't even know what having too many enchanters would look like. Most groups would benefit from an enchanter joining them even if they already had one. Charm is that good.

A GOOD enchanter is always in demand. Charm is one of the most broken spells in the game. Mana regen buffs always help. Mez and haste just make everything easier.
