No level range limit on PvP and training allowed? Sullon Zek sounds like it was a fucking crucible.

If you were on the good team (FoH) you were only 8-11% of the server population.

At first it was 6+ open pvp, no rules. It. Was. Glorious.

And this is coming from one of the folks on the good team.

Three teams, open pvp, and 'no rules' is the best rules.

Good team had a chance but ultimately imploded due to leadership. They were always 20+% population too.

But yes, Sullon Zek rule set was the best.

the foh folks from live still stay in touch, i'm sure fansy has been made aware of red99. i dont think he plays here though

Those posts finally convinced me to try red and FoH. That and the rep FoH had in Guk a year ago when leveling a cleric on red.

But I have my hopes up that things here may change. Although red99 will never be so cool as the rule sets of original Pvp EQ servers.

Man I used to love getting ganked in those days. Really inspired me to play harder. It's too bad my RL friends were blue and kept me on fennin 95% of the time.

FoH was much more of a factor here on r99 compared to live, when Chewie was around anyway. On Live they were nothing anyone even close to max level even noticed, and if it weren't for Fansy's exploits then nobody would even remember them.

The only person that made headlines outside of EQ was fansy, but plenty of other good folks had some pretty funny exploits on RZ live. Kergan just doesn't know because he played blue on live.

While SZ was good in it's own way. i think RZ hands down was the best. Item loot gave danger to PvP, this server could do the same thing. however there is far too many bluebies here that would cry for months until they changed it back. Oh well =/
