Buyable gear advice?

Alright, so right now I'm level 47 and I got a few pieces of kinda dumptrash gear that'd id like to replace and I was wondering if I could get some advice.

First, Cured Silk Pants. I've spent hours and hours in Dalnir trying to get Crescent pants
No dice. What could I buy (preferably under 5k) that'd be a decent upgrade?

Then, my face item. I forgot the name, but it's a jewel crafted item with 7 Str and 7Wis and no AC. Any advice for what I could buy to replace that?

BONUS ROUND: Azure Sleeves or Crescent Arm Wraps?!?!?!

For pants, Sarnak-hide Leggings (http://wiki.project1999.com/Sarnak-hide_Leggings) is probably about the best you're going to do, but they're a little pricey for the quality. I wouldn't personally spend it and would just tough it out with Cured Silk until I landed some Crescent.

In terms of face items, Platinum Ruby Veil is really solid all the way up until you start raiding. Pearlescent Mask (http://wiki.project1999.com/Pearlescent_Mask) is something I would try to get asap, as it is best in slot for a MR set.

Between Crescent and Azure Sleeves, I'd probably stick with Azure just because I like to solo a lot and pushing down my chance of eating max hits is going to mean much less damage taken and downtime in the long run.

The Sarnak-Hide Mask (http://wiki.project1999.com/Sarnak-Hide_Mask) is a nice, cheap (200pp) alternative face item if you want a little AC. Or for a little more plat (500pp) there's the pure-AC Targishin's Bone Mask (http://wiki.project1999.com/Targishin%27s_Bone_Mask). The latter you could actually camp for yourself at 47.
