Golden jaded bracelet 15hp/ mana. Platinum tiara 35hp 50mana. Gator scale legs have a few hp I think. Embroidered black cape(shoulders) and embroidered black sleeves give hp/mana
Gold Jade Braclet (http://wiki.project1999.com/Golden_Jaded_Bracelet)s these are really cheap from a jewelcrafter. +15 hp +15 mana good through your teens/20s
Arms
http://wiki.project1999.com/Dusty_Rusted_Vambraces +30 hp (no small races)
http://wiki.project1999.com/Embroidered_Black_Sleeves +10 hp +25 mana
Head, not exactly cheap, but considering other items listed could be in the ball park. Plus it is good to 60.
http://wiki.project1999.com/Platinum_Tiara +35 hp +50
Legs
http://wiki.project1999.com/Gatorscale_Leggings +15 hp
http://wiki.project1999.com/Black_Chitin_Leggings +10 hp +10 mana
Shoulder
http://wiki.project1999.com/Embroidered_Black_Cape + 15hp +20 mana
http://wiki.project1999.com/Tattered_Mantle +20 hp
Belt

65 HP/Mana neck is Velium. 55 is what we have in Platibum.
Neck - 55 HP/Mana - Platinum Black Sapphire Necklace
Finger - 55 HP/5 AC - Platinum Fire Wedding Rings
Ear - 35HP/25Mana/2 AC - Black Sapphire Earring
Face - 30HP/Mana - Enshrouded Veil
Back - 45HP - Hooded Black Cloak
Arms - 10HP/25Mana - Embroided Black Sleeves
Chest - 35HP/13 WIS/9 STA - Vermiculated Tunic
Feet - 15HP - Vermiculated Boots ____ Withered Leather Boots are expensive but 40 HP
Hands - 25HP/Mana - White Satin Gloves
Head - 35HP/50Mana - Platinum Tiara
Legs - 15HP/4 WIS - Gatorscale Leggings
Shoulders - 15HP/20Mana - Embroided Black Cape
Waist - 10HP/6 WIS - Mucilaginous Girdle
Wrists - 15HP/Mana - Golden Jade Bracelets
Primary - 30HP/50Mana - Platinum Dragon Idol
Secondary - 40HP/5 STA - Sarnak Battle Shield
Range - 20HP/Mana - Idol of the Underking
Think that's about all that's cheap or easilt accessible (I included some PoFear/Sky drops that are common)
Not much reason to stack HP on a druid that I can think of though. *Maybe* when powerleveling but even then, I'd favor a larger mana pool over HP.

HP HP HP
I prefer golden black sapphire ear for caster, swaps the hp/mana values (25hp/35mana) and loses the 2ac.

Imagine that, daladean with another complete and insightful druid post.
Thanks for the help guys!
By affordable I basically meant under a few k, so these suggestions are great!

And Ya, I am trying to build a plvling powerhouse. Large mana pool is cool but I am sitting for most of the med ticks while porqupining the mobs and stay pretty close to full mana. I even have to cast a spell sometimes because I am at 100% mana. This is when I use the snare spell instead of the gauntlets. I have never power lvled anyone above lvl20, and have never used a dmg shield potion. Do either of these factors change the relevance of your mana pool? Seems to me that another 400hps over what I have right now, along with a large increase in ac, would make me a more capable plvl'er. It also gives me a direction to go with gear, so I can invest some plat(hopefully earned by power lvling)in my druid.
I would say my lvl60 druid has about 3k in gear right now? Lol, even so, he has over 200wis. I brought this topic up mainly to make gear choices moving forward. Example, if I buy gebs to replace my leather boots (finally giving up on the idea of being able to camp my own) I will have 215 wisdom, or 15 wisdom "too much." It seems logical that I could then replace something with little wisdom (my mammoth cloak) for a high hp/AC item like a hooded black cloak (because I can't afford a hiero cloak)
I have plvled people before but am starting to keep track and trying to begin a plvling career. I am very diligent about not ruining regular players experiences. I plvled an ogre sk (fun exp penalty) from 0-15 in 3 hours "on the clock" no potion or fungi the other day. I know it is not good, but it is a start.

Ooo. I want a plat tiara now to replace nightshade wreath. I think that is going to be my first investment because of this thread. It is expensive, but an obvious upgrade. Sacrifice 5 wis for 35hp/50 mana? Yes please.
How much mana per wis under 200 are Druids getting? i feel like it is about 10. I am sorry for posting an easy to solve eq question, but I am at school and won't be able to play until this weekend. I want to start making some gear decisions while I am here.

From the numbers on the shaman wiki, looks like wis returns between 200 and 255 go from 12 mana to 4.65 mana per point. So it looks like overshooting 200 isn't entirely worthless (if we trust those numbers).
DS potion will essentially double your DS damage, but they're expensive. 4 charges per hour provides constant coverage at the price of ~200pp. You can probably get a pretty steep discount if you port whore mats for an EC shaman.
I'm a little surprised you use the 4 second cast time gloves when the spell itself only takes 2 seconds and costs just 15 mana.
Damn daldaen, nice list!

* DS pot duration is 12mins, so 5 charges/hour rather than 4
* 10 charge DS pot is rechargeable (so long as at least one charge left), if you recharge 3 at a time cost/charge ends up around 30pp
* Daldaen/Ele are trying hard to get the good DS pot nerfed to the broken condition it was in on live until mid-Velious (same damage as the weaker pot for more expensive ingredients, yay!)
* Snare gloves are awesome because they free up a spell slot

Seems like this would hurt bard/shaman plvlers more than Druids?

5/55 rings are 100 times better than wisdom rings. Good for you for figuring that out.
9 times out of 10 you're going to run out of HP before you run out of mana. And HP allows you to HealTank most situations other druids could not.
