black screen when logging in

Idk why but when I log in it just shows a black screen and then it boots me back to login and says error 1017. please someone help i really want to play

I haven't played in probably a year, and this started happening to me. Haven't touched my client since then. Installed the newest version of P1999 files(V36), same problem. Don't know what's going on.

Just reinstalled and it's working again.
