Knights of the Round was epic, helped me finish off those damn Weapons. I think it would be pretty epic to bring that one back based off this Ramuh summon.

1. When will they bring Materia back, I always loved that system.

1. Probably never. They try to make new magic systems every game.

2. Probably not. I honestly think they would manage to ruin it, if they did - that's just my opinion, though.

That's true, I've been disappointed by a lot of new RPG games so I guess a new FFVII would be no different.

And I would totally get behind another Tactics game, one of my favorite FF games for sure. With new modern fast paced RPGs though, I don't feel like newer gen gamers will really be into the turn style battling though which is unfortunate.

I had this huge thread on youtube, arguing with people over whether or not FF 15 is ruined. Personally, I hate that they are making it into an ARPG. It kinda changes it from Final Fantasy to Kingdom Hearts for me.

Personally, I think it was way more in depth when you could control what each party member does to create strategies.

The video got taken down. That's bad marketing. I did watch it on another channel and it's nothing impressive. It takes more than a pretty visual to make me shell out hundreds of dollars for a console.

It's 2015 and you kids are excited about an in game QTE In a AAAA square enix title. It even has the terrible run around real time battle mechanics with stupid AI controlling most of your party that I can't stand ala the Tales series.

It's gotten to the point that a faithful remake of FFVII would be too little too late. But go on, be excited for the next Kingdom Hearts game.

no the main dude doesn't have a traditional weapon like past games, he summons a weapon type based on what attack your doing and you can rearrange what kind of weapon type he summons for each attack and they have some kind of level / ability system that you don't get to fuck with much in the demo

I still dunno how I feel about the combat system but damn does it look pretty.

controls are apparently clunky as fuck and combat system is a weird middle ground between something for fans of action rpgs without being too hard for the generally less dexterous fans of old turn based rpgs (a.e mash x button to murder shit you'll be fine or time your parries and pull off combos if u want to learn the system ) the demo itself has frame rate issues and people tend to think draw distance and TressFX hair is gonna have to be scaled back in the final product
