Just curious what the end game on R99 looks like class wise? whats played the most? the least? Thinking of getting started but I dont want to be a dime a dozen character because it is better at pvp or whatever.

play something you enjoy & are comfortable with, then learn how you fit into group pvp. :D

It's too bad Sony didn't decide to make a lot of the cool cleric changes until PoP. They actually became a really cool class to play solo with the different proc'ing weapons and shit.

So monk are most popular it seems? How about rogues, warriors or necros? Anything in screaming demand?

Can some people indicate why certain classes are more popular? ROG/MNK seems clear, because of sweet sweet dps output and yellow text glory. But were not Rangers really good in 1v1 back in the day? Never played one lvl 55+ but casters seemed easy targets 8-50.

Clerics and melee dps are always in demand for raiding.

Necros are garbage.
