Am I good to go with 200 CHA (buffed) on my Enchanter or does it need to be 201+? I read in a post that CHA needed to be at least 200 to have charms begin to last longer, I am sitting at exactly 200 CHA after Buffing .... am i ok?

goodie thanks :)
255 charisma with 200 int as soon as you can get it is good for a level 60. If you are lower level you should start working towards this goal. I don't know if anyone has parsed charm but you should still see improvements after 200 in charisma.

This
I noticed a huge difference between 185 and 200.
I did however notice a big difference in resists including crit resists on lull between 200-255. Ymmv

Search this forum and you can find some data on some parsing that has been done with charm durations. The bottom line is the more CHA the better, even over 200, but the common thought is there is a diminishing return over 200. With incandescent armor, rod of insidious glamour and some jewelry, I didn't find it hard to get over 200 CHA buffed personally in my mid 30's.
