Not Necessarily An Issue, But Login is different

Logging on tonight, first thing that is different, I get a seizure message. Secondly, once past the seizure message, I get patch notes dated Halloween, 2005. Thirdly, I noticed my username is not already in the username box like it usually is.

Not saying this is a problem, but does make me concerned when things change without me changing anything. I see there are no new patches. I have not hit the login yet, as I am a bit perplexed. Any thoughts as to why all these changes in my logging on?

Just do not want to jeopardize anything (like password etc), if something is indeed amiss.

EDIT: PS, bad me, I should say how these things are different.
1. I never had a seizure message before when logging into p99
2. Never seen a patch message before
3. My login name is always in the userbox already from the last time I logged in.

Did you launch from a different shortcut without "patchme" appended to its path?

Negative, all from same place. Same as normal, right click on icon, run as admin etc. Which is why i was perplexed. I am in game and all seems normal. Just you know, one of things that drives you batty unless you know the why.
