Iksar Monk Guide to Positive Rivervale Faction

Rivervale faction is pretty easy to raise if you can sneak around. This worked for me as an Iksar Monk, other classes may have similar success.

Part I - Residence and the Constabulary
Hand bandages one at a time throw the window to Joogle in his hut (http://wiki.project1999.com/Bandages_for_Honeybugger). I had two backpacks full and after I was dubious to all of the guards, shopkeepers and general population of Misty Thicket and Rivervale. This is enough to enter the city from the Misty Thicket side and use the bank with no problems.

Your faction standing with Merchants of Rivervale got better.
Your faction standing with DeepPockets got better.
Your faction standing with Guardians of the Vale got better.
Your faction standing with Mayor Gubbin got better.
Your faction standing with Coalition of Tradefolk Underground got worse.


Part II - Rivervale Clerics
The cleric guild is located just outside the Kithicor Forrest zoneline, if you peek your head around the corner then Cleric Thekela Meepup will attack for 300hp!

Complete the cleric quest of collecting black wolf hides (http://wiki.project1999.com/Cleric_Supplies) and hand them in, I think I handed in around 20 and was dubious to clerics. Invis gets you in and behind Beek Guinders, once behind, sneak and then hand him the pelts one at a time.

Your faction standing with Priests of Mischief got better.
Your faction standing with Mayor Gubbin got better.
Your faction standing with Guardians of the Vale got better.


Part III -Reebo and the Druids
Reebo Leafsway runs between the cleric guild and the veggie patch. If he attacks, others will assist.

Collect or purchase Orc belts from West Commonlands (http://wiki.project1999.com/Orc_Belts). I think I handed in 30+ to become dubious.

Your faction standing with Guardians of the Vale got better.
Your faction standing with Mayor Gubbin got better.
Your faction standing with Storm Reapers got better.
Your faction standing with Merchants of Rivervale got better.
Your faction standing with Dreadguard Outer got worse.


Thats it. There is a lvl 30 bard somewhere but other than that you can shop and bank anywhere in Rivervale.

The bard is over by the Inn, you can stay away from her and bank easily.

I believe once Runnyeye gets revamped it should hand out guard faction?

Monks don't need to do faction. Just run in to the bank, right click the banker, and feign.

I completed part 1 and 2. I only needed 14 turn ins on part 2 to get to dubious to the priests on an Iksar monk. For part 3, I turned in 23 belts and faction is still scowling. I'll report back on that progress.

Ok. Did the orc belt quest 45 times, still scowling. I then headed to RunnyEye. I slaughtered goblins for a couple hours, and that was enough to bring me to apprehensive to Reebo, and warmly to the guards.
