Looks intradesting but any mmorgs post 2002 usually ends up been a joke.

When are companies going to learn gfx doesn't = good mmo.

albion online is Open World, pvpcentric, crossplatform etc

I played the last Albion alpha and had a blast there, something I didn't have since Everquest. next alpha this summer and beta afterwards.

devs are former eve/uo players to give you an idea who's behind that game and they are Germans, so money is np compared to some american company also called daybreak harhar

come play ffxi on project darkstar if you like hard games

ffxi is the hardest mmo ever created, it has more detailed content and more in depth quests / bosses then any game ever.

great spell effects too.

I dunno man; I did VT clears when they were endgame and 20 hr boss fights still seem over the top to me.

was only 1 monster with a fight that long, and one group fought it for 24 hours and then lost : )

they had 40 ppl helping out of group. both healing and bringing food and drinks + potions.

Just the idea of being able to kite real raid bosses with certain mage classes or summoners is amazing.

Infiinite progression questlines and raid encounters + the most challenging small group instances.
