New to P99

Hey everyone,

I just purchased my copy of EQ Titanium off of Amazon! I have been extremely lazy and unmotivated to go through the effort of getting P99 running, but after telling my wife how awesome classic EQ was, at exhaustion, she finally agreed to give it a try.

She enjoyed WoW but I keep telling her that an MMO without danger and risk/reward is just an empty experience.

I look forward to corpse running with her in Norrath the way I remember it!

Welcome! and be sure to get your wife an IP exemption (stickied at the top of the starting zone forum) if you haven't already done so. Then you will be able to play together.

Thanks! I had my wife create her account on here (YoFoSho) and would like to get the exemption process rolling before we get the game and install it, but after reading the info they require, they want character names and toons created.

It's reassuring to hear how fast yours took though but it will be hard to not want to immediately jump in once we get everything set up and wait for the green light approval. I will definitely be patient though, everything I read sounds like it's a zero tolerance policy!
