Maybe one day; getting the DE mask is a case of sitting in LGuk until it drops and grabbing it before it rots, but the HE mask seems to involve putting together a small raid to kill a lvl 65 mob who might drop his head 50% of the time unless I misunderstood the quest. I'm not sure my guild likes me quite enough for that...

Yep. Thats about it. And guilds basically just spend a few hours killing mob over and over again to get multiple heads for people.

You also have to do 90% of the rogue epic. Now a days that is more and more difficult since eldreth and yendar are camped heavily. You can get lucky and find someone to spawn general for 15k too! It does definitely look cool though
