Alright nerds, lets do something insane shall we?

I'm talkin', lets never ever trade with another player. Or accept handme downs or anything like that.

I'm talkin' let's make warriors and be super happy when we get to afford that chainmail bracer from a vendor or when you can make your own banded.

Who of you among me hate yourselves as much as I hate myself to do this. Join me!

HAHAHAH!!!!! That would be intense. Warrior especially would be incredibly hard to play.

I'm pretty sure OP was being sarcastic based on all the "'I'm restarting from scratch with no twinking!!!'" Type posts.. But maybe he was srs?

I did this on a ranger on SoD with only soloing, self buffs and no maps. One of the most memorable and rewarding gaming experiences I've ever had.

When I read "Ironman challenge" I assumed it meant that you'd delete your character the first time he died. Has this kind of thing been done before in EQ? It might be interesting.

I do this with all of my recent alts. It's fun, but a lot harder than you think. Not because the game is hard, but you are constantly turning down free gear from someone who thinks they see a noob with nothing.

Also, if you do something like this, you're constantly clicking off high level buffs unless you turn in your Tome of Discord, in which case you're constantly getting tells about how you made a mistake by going PvP.

Permanent death? My god. I'd be deleting all my characters before they hit 20.
