Parts of Fonts Missing from UI (Button Set 1, Button Set2...)

Anyone else having problems with the UI missing part of fonts. I have trying changing to others UI, Video Resolutions, Fonts and size, same problem with old EQ graphics and Luclin graphics. This is happens on my Desktop, My laptop does not have this problem. I thought it may have been my video card, went and replace the desktop with a new video card (R9 270 3GB), still same problem. I attached 2 photos 1 of before and the other currently... Thanks

missing part of font in chat window are caused because of your chat window size, resize it, or use /chatfontsize 1-5 to smaller, bigger the font, its cutting some word and you are not seeing the rest of the sentence, resizing this will fix it, hope it is what you are talking about sir.

Thanks for the help. The chat fonts are set at 3, they seem to be fine and I am able to read them. But the fonts on the hot buttons are missing parts of the fonts (Button Set # 1 & 2, Player stats window and the Combat Abilities window)....

I get this too (classic UI), do you also see this when right click / inspecting items occasionally? I think adjusting the refresh rate helps, but it always resets.
