Fish Dinner Quest on Kerra Isle

Roary Fishpouncer is supposed to reward you for handing in a 'Raw Darkwater Piranha'. I ran the quest today and after spending quite some time camping piranha in Nek Forest (well Nek River) I received no reward upon turning in the piece. :(
