There's Shady Swashbuckler in the tunnel. Bad prices, but he's not picky about his clients.

Someone recently shared that they are able to sell to an Erudite merchant woman near WC with their dark elves. I've yet to confirm it myself, but may be worth exploring! ^^

I sold at the WC druid ring with my troll shaman, which isn't too terribly far from EC... in case you want better prices (The Shady Swashbuckler pays less for your goods, because he's shady).

I know that Erudite woman is cool with Agnostic DE Warriors. Might have to do some work for SKs though.

As an iksar necro i can sell to Romya in EC but i have to be in skelly form otherwise she only shows me the door. She can be found in a hut at the EC druid hill. Might be worth a try.
