Odd shaman truespirit issue

I finally got my Truespirit faction maxed ("faction cannot get any better") but Bondl in the Freeport tunnels still cons warmly to me - shouldn't he con ally now or something?

ok cool, thanks - if anyone is an expert on truespirit faction, it's you :) The guides I read must have all been written for live servers so that's why they said max ally :P
