Lvl 34 Wiz Spell - Circle of Force -

I recently hit 34 and have been unable thusfar to find the spell or all of the runes. Started looking around 25 by porting around and checking all of the cities for runes. Was able to find Rune of the Catalyst, but not the other two (Banding, Concussion). From what I can tell this is a Wizard's best quadding spell until 51, and I often play during off-hours so being able to solo/duo quad with one of the million druids I see in their 30s would be great.

If anyone has either the spell or either of the two runes listed above then please please shoot me a PM / reply to this post. I'm not rich by any means but I put at least some plat forward.
