Levant day/night time

In the last patch Levant was correctly changed to be night-only. Original post:

Problem is the timing seems off. Here's me tying at 4am:

So I tested at 6 and 7pm... and voila:

Interestingly, in testing this I noticed that 7PM is the dead of night and 4am is twilight. Perhaps the day/night cycle is what is slightly off?

Regardless, not working the way it should based on Daldaen's research.

8 PM - 5 AM is whatt those classic posts suggest is Night Time. Dunno what we have coded here.

Just necros? Figured everyone would have some beef with you at this point. I curse your name everytime i try to /camp before sitting :D
