The Exhausted Guard in the Qeynos Catacombs is not of the correct faction (the Guards of Qeynos faction). He was KoS (scowling) while other guards of the same faction were only dubious toward me.

Fixed, pending update.

-changed primary faction to GuardsofQeynos
-made him npc aggro (will kos things a Qeynos guard should kos)
-added meager loots
