South Karana Werewolf info

Just curious on Blue server if werewolf in south karana has an exact spawn point/spawn timer at night and what is his respawn or is it just once per night?

I never noticed a spawn point/time, but if you get a ranger to track from somewhere near Paw should be able to find easily as he paths across Paw, or just hang out near Paw entrance and watch for it. his path also takes him nearish KFC to the north

That guy turns into a werewolf at night. The story is that he was cursed, and wanders south karana hunting the werewolf- unaware that he is the danger himself, or doing it because he doesn't want to hurt anyone near the city. One of the two.
