Pretty sure this just means we are going to see Lite playing Novus instead of his bard and azrael is going to experience no actual penalty while holo gets a raid suspension they actually have to adhere too

not sure how you got that out of any of this, but not surprising you can't grasp what's going on.

Apparently someone did something against the rules from azrael at fay so we can't contest that mob. Holo did the same for CT so they can't contest that mob for a certain time period. Comprehend?
