but where the F did the purist darkies buy&sell ? was it nektulos? i was asked earlier, couldnt remember, and it made me sad.

I put my stuff on a lvl 1 high elf and sold in fay, there was no dark trading zone, on tz anyway.

I remember people selling stuff in Nek, but it was not nearly as big of an auction house as Faymart. Later OT was popular for the darkies.

I was a dark elf necro on TZ and there were always a ton of people hanging in Nek by entrance to Neriak. A lot of trading went on there but probably not compared to GFay.

Overthere was big for a while. The Old World evil races would come through the beachhead outpost while the Iksar ran from nearby Cabalis. Was maybe a third of the peak auction traffic G-bay would see though.

on classic tallon zek, there was always some action in EC. Darks would take the neriak zoneline and lights would be EC tunnel I think.

they ruined so many old classic zones , they forgot why eq became successful and tried to make it some textured pos , just like they did with luclin models.

Crammed into Neriak bank was the main selling place for darks, the noob log was where the buffs and free gear handouts occurred.

By the expansions it was Greater Fay, which is why killing the Kelethin banker was so funny, he had a 60 minute respawn time.

And yes Ocean of Tears is fucking awful, so are all the revamped zones.

Pretty much everything was sold in Gfay, you just put it on a lighty and foad on.

Everyone sold in Gfay. Was all about mules.

I had a trader in GFay on both TZ and VZ. I'd usually ask in Neriak or Nekt before transferring to lightie alt. Could always get a little more for loots from dark controlled dungeons in Gfay.
