Hit Squads and Do Gooders

On a server like red wouldn't it be possible to create a guild dedicated to making hits on players for plat? On the flip side, could a guild be dedicated to protecting noobs and policing zones based on reports from other players? I guess the ideal scenario would be a coexistence and all it would imply. Let your imagination run wild.

Your blue currency can be converted to red for kills on requested targets

The Stormhammer (Legends) server had a system like this where you could pay GM assassins to do similar things
