Does Charming NPCs work for questing?

I killed the priest of najena for the mystic cloak quest, but as a DE I am KOS in felwithe. Is it possible to do the quest with a high lvl enchanter charming the NPCs, like it is on live?

Yes. I did it this way as a DE.

You can definitely FD turn in as an evil race/class in Felwithe, it's a lot more fun and challenging that way anyways.

But yeah, for the final NPC turn in, in Erudin, as an evil you'll want a 50 ENC to charm the hooker and drag her to palace zone-in for you (thanks Glitch!). There's simply no other way, too many caster mobs + uber buffed guards that /assist in that room to ever get a FD off in time reliably.

Couldn't a Bard do this too? Or is the NPC in question above level 50?

Can you buy from Vendors while FD here as well? Hope this doesn't hijack )

I did the Erudin turnin KOS using nec FD without any problems.

You can't use merchants while FD.

You can also have a druid wolf form ya and do the turn in as a DE
