Returning Player - Starting Zone Unavailable

Trying to return. Lost a member of the family due to drunk driving on the 1st. Looking to take my mind off things.

I can't create a character. They all put me in Tutorial zone that fails to load. Says its not available.

What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind made a race / class that was not available. Were good.

Douglovin halfling cleric ready to go. Chose a cleric cause ive never played one.

Gnome Paladin/Shadowknight and Halfling Paladin/Ranger all do that, just FYI.
