Caster Weapons

Any good procs on caster weapons? Not really seeing a whole lot looking through wiki / internet.

There's the Smoldering Brand (http://wiki.project1999.com/Smoldering_Brand). Not much good at higher levels, but great for getting casters through their "I'm a tank" phase in the intro levels.
