Classic Bard Song Graphics?

Is there any way to restore the old bard song graphics (e.g., hymn was a circle of blue star-like objects which emanated from the center of each char, paused a bit, then retracted), or is it a client-side issue we can't fix?

We try to match them up best we can with what is available.
