I have blurred lines across my Screen, Attached screenshot shows green lines running across it but that is not actually what I experience in game on my monitor. When running the game it just blurs lines across everything except the Environment it self. Usually I can only notice text that is blurry, peoples names and chat and text in Inventory or items I look at.

I get the blurred text when playing 1920 1080 in windowed borderless mode. In full screen I don't get it.

khandman, I get the same problem. With or without WinEQ2. Did you ever find a solution?

I have yet to resolve this issue, I'm playing again on a fresh install on a fresh copy of Windows 10 and I still get the issue

Does this happen outside of EQ? If so, it could be a Missing Pin Connection on the cord between your video card and your Monitor.

Check the connections at both ends, or replace the DVI/VGA Cable.

If this Only happens in EQ, you're probably playing at a resolution the Game doesn't like. Try adjusting it in EQ.ini to something 4x3 in ratio.

Exactly. I've seen this before out of EQ and it was a cable issue. It's the only time I've seen THAT issue.
