I deleted the one I have in my directory and got a new one, still having issues logging in. Any ideas?

It's not actually infected, it just hooks other DLLs, so some AVs classify it as a generic virus due to that even though they don't really know what it does. You need to put the original DSetup back and whitelist it in your AV or you won't ever be able to log in. It isn't really a virus.

Adding the DLL to your exception list will bypass it.

Also, when the next patch download is available, you will likely need to add your %LocalAppData%\Temp folder to the exception list briefly when extracting as AVG will probably deny it during unzipping.
