There isn't much of a lag between kills and it being updated. If your kill is missing it is a mistake. Computer that logs kills must have been down.

I made an alt, at lvl 30 my group killed the MM pond & GY groups, then proceeded to XP for hours while keeping solo dudes out of the zone.

Good pvp happened. R99 thriving. Just not at the petitionquest level.

Best chance of good pvp atm seems to make a fungi alt, and help scrubs against other fungi alts. Its pretty fun :)
