Wrath of Nature from the druid epic is broken, seems to be missing the -100 resist on it.

we tried with 92 resist to click another player over and over couldn't get one to stick.
we tried it again with 90 to click another play over and over and it landed every time

we put a few points up and down but between 90 to land and 92 not to land everytime seems to be the results

so if the target has 92+ resist it doesn't land ever

if the target has 90 or lower it lands everytime.

This was during a duel with another player lev 60 also. (you get the same results if you target your self and try to get it to stick)

I think debuff modifiers on spells/effects act differently in PVP encounters than PVE

this was a recent pvp change I believe

aye but it still should have a chance to land not 100% resist everytime that spell should be very very very hard to resist

I remember it not being great in PVP on live at least at the time of the 2001 Druid BotB. It was essentially a wasted 9 seconds against people wearing MR gear, but you are correct that it shouldn't be resisted 100% of the time.

The spell file indicates some changes to PvE and PVP resist adjusts and caps in 2002 and 2004. Maybe that is where the resist mod comes in?

Yeah, it didn't have a negative mod until end of Luclin.

Velious spdats don't show any lure component.
