No Rain Water?

Hi, I've killed many gnolls from different areas all over antonica and have not seen one rain water drop, not even gnolls that project99wiki claims that they drop (Always). i need rain water for my brewing to make tempers for blacksmithing which ive worked long and hard on. just wanted to make sure it still drops.

Had 2 drop. One from wandering named gnoll in SK and one in Paw.

Rain Water seems too rare, but I never found any documentation to challenge the drop rate with.


OffTopic: I wouldn't be in any rush to make Royal Tempers. That armor was barely worth the trouble before they (correctly) added the Jacinth reagent requirement to Enchant Steel. And, of course, once the jacinth reagent goes away again during Velious, the Qeynos armor will still be pretty much not worth the trouble due to the addition of Velious gear to the ongoing mudflation. If you're absolutely determined to make the stuff anyway I've still got some mats stashed from when I was making it (enchanted folded sheet metal, royal temper, rain water, griffenne blood) PM me and maybe we can make a deal.

A few gnoll types were not dropping rain water as they should.

The most notable changes are.. several in paw, and highpass.

The higher level ones in Blackburrow drop it (like Commanders and maybe Elite Guards).

The reavers in EK where dropping it before not sure recently as i have not level a toon in that area for a while.
